I bring a unique perspective from both sides of the table: as a trusted advisor to companies in the U.S. and Canada, and as an investor who believes in aligning money with meaning.

Through my thought leadership on Aligned Capital, I’m redefining how we think about funding — especially for women. I invest, and encourage women to invest with, their values so that wealth creation becomes not just profitable, but purposeful.

As the Vice President of U.S. Capital Formation for Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange (based in Southern California), I advise U.S. companies on the opportunity to list and raise capital on Canada's premier equity exchanges.

I am passionate about the democratization of capital for founders and investors, reflected in my work with Fortuna Funding, UBS's Project Female Founder and We Are Enough.

I am an active investor, frequent speaker, and Activator with Coralus, a bold, self-organizing community reimagining self and systems—freely flowing capital of all kinds to the dreams that dare to build a world where everyone thrives.

I sit on the Board of Directors of Heart of the Wild Sanctuary and the Advisory Board of the Etheridge Foundation, Grammy-winning Melissa Etheridge's foundation that funds research for psychedelics to address the opioid crisis.

I hold an MBA in Enterprise Development and a BA in English, and have completed a certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner.
